GSTechnologies Ltd (LSE: GST), the fintech company, is pleased to announce the successful completion of its acquisition of Metapay SP. z o.o. ("Metapay").

Further to the Company's interim results announcement on 18 December 2025, GST confirms that it has now completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Metapay, a company incorporated in Poland.

Metapay holds a Small Payment Institution (SPI) licence and is registered under the Polish Act on Payment Services with MIP260/2025 status. The acquisition is aligned with GST's strategy to enhance its footprint in domestic and cross-border payment services across Europe.

Following completion, the Company has renamed Metapay to Angra Limited sp. z o.o. and, together with the anticipated progress of its licensing initiatives, this is expected to support the continued expansion of Angra Global's service offerings and geographical reach.

PokerStars maintains its position through infrastructure stability and a larger variety of niche game formats like Stud or Razz.

The regulatory environment under the UKGC is notably rigid, particularly concerning player verification and the ban on credit card transactions. For those analyzing the current options, checking the latest operator rankings at https://cardmates.co.uk/poker-sites is a practical step to compare rake structures and software compatibility across different platforms.

From a technical standpoint, the…
