GSTechnologies Ltd (LSE: GST), the fintech company, announces an update regarding the Company's 66.67% owned subsidiary Semnet Pte. Ltd ("Semnet").
As announced on 18 July 2025, the Company issued a notice of arbitration to Choo Seet EE and Zheng Kang Wen Mervyn (the "Sellers"), the sellers of Semnet, as set out in the Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") dated 5 December 2023. As referenced in the Company's interim results announced on 18 December 2025, a mediation hearing was held in early December 2025 with a view to agreeing a formal settlement agreement between the Sellers and the Company. However, formal settlement terms have not been reached, and consequently, Semnet has now formally issued and served a writ of summons against the Sellers and Hoi Yan ('Daphane') Chong (a former Semnet manager) to vigorously pursue claims for alleged breaches of fiduciary and contractual duties, including breaches of the SPA, that have negatively impacted the Semnet business. The total damages sought are approximately US$4.2 million.
The GST Board remains committed to protecting the interests of shareholders and will announce further updates as appropriate.

While staying with my cousin and his family in Bristol over the bank holiday weekend, he mentioned lucky wave casino during a lazy Sunday afternoon when we were both sprawled on the sofa avoiding the gardening his wife had planned. He said he'd been using it for a few weeks and was surprised by how much he actually enjoyed it – not because he was winning big or anything, but because it was just a simple, no-pressure way to switch off after long days at work. He's not the type to get excited about online platforms, so his genuine enthusiasm caught my attention. Later that evening, after everyone had gone to bed and the house was quiet, I opened the…
I first came across this platform while reading a UK forum thread where users were comparing different online entertainment websites and how they structure navigation and content. I wasn’t looking for anything specific, just observing how these platforms are built. What stood out was the simple layout and how quickly pages load when switching between sections. In the middle of exploring I opened Stake Casino to see how the categories are arranged. Everything felt consistent, and the interface made it easy to understand how different parts of the site are connected.
A quiet housemate shared LuckyNiki Casino with me after a really messy breakup, mostly just to take my mind off things for a while. One night when I couldn't drift off for the life of me, I decided to jump online and was genuinely surprised by how composed the atmosphere was—not loud or intrusive at all. I poured myself a drink, got comfortable, and finally felt my head settle after weeks of tension. I ended the night having a proper yarn with someone new and everything just flowed. It was exactly the kind of mental reset I needed.
The game provides a smooth and relaxed experience with a neat design. Everything is well-placed, making it easy to navigate. I didn’t face any issues while using it. The performance is consistent and reliable. It’s a good choice for casual and regular users.
