US$5 million Unsecured Loan Facility Drawdown

GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the fintech company, announces that it has drawn down the second US$5 million tranche of the US$10 million unsecured term loan facility entered into with Clarivan Group Kommanditbolag (the "Facility") on 17 June 2026. The Facility is therefore now fully drawn down.
